Rochelle leads operational systems, workflows and the client experience. She brings booking processes, team coordination and traveler communication together so each experience runs with clarity and care.

Dominique manages group travel planning and booking coordination, supporting group organizers and travelers with the details leading up to departure. She works with operations to keep each group informed and prepared.
